Aglaonema Rich Red (Chinese Evergreen) features stunning deep red and green foliage that adds vibrant color to any room. Very easy to care for, it thrives in low to bright indirect light. Water when the top inch of soil is dry.

  • Light: Low to bright, indirect light. One of the best low-light houseplants. Variegated types need more light to maintain colour.
  • Watering: Water when the top 3–5 cm of soil is dry. Aglaonemas are fairly drought-tolerant. Reduce watering in winter.
  • Soil & Potting: Use a well-draining potting mix with peat and perlite. Standard indoor potting soil with added perlite works well.
  • Temperature & Humidity: Keep between 18–27°C (65–80°F). Moderate humidity is fine (40–60%). Avoid cold drafts and temperatures below 15°C.
  • Extra Tips: Very easy-care and air-purifying. Can produce small, calla lily-like flowers. Mildly toxic if ingested — keep away from pets.
