The aglaonema tigress is a colourful Aglaonema (Chinese Evergreen) known for its vibrant, easy-care foliage. One of the best low-light houseplants — perfect for offices, bedrooms, and beginners.

  • Light: Low to bright, indirect light. One of the best low-light houseplants. Variegated types need more light to maintain colour.
  • Watering: Water when the top 3–5 cm of soil is dry. Aglaonemas are fairly drought-tolerant. Reduce watering in winter.
  • Soil & Potting: Use a well-draining potting mix with peat and perlite. Standard indoor potting soil with added perlite works well.
  • Temperature & Humidity: Keep between 18–27°C (65–80°F). Moderate humidity is fine (40–60%). Avoid cold drafts and temperatures below 15°C.
  • Extra Tips: Very easy-care and air-purifying. Can produce small, calla lily-like flowers. Mildly toxic if ingested — keep away from pets.
