Care tips

  • Light: Bright, indirect light. Some direct morning sun is fine. Leaves open and close with the light cycle.
  • Watering: Keep soil lightly moist during active growth. Allow to dry slightly between waterings. Reduce watering during dormancy.
  • Soil & Potting: Use a well-draining potting mix with perlite. Standard indoor soil works well.
  • Temperature & Humidity: Keep between 15–24°C (60–75°F). Moderate humidity is fine. Oxalis goes dormant periodically — stop watering and let it rest.
  • Extra Tips: Dormancy is normal — the plant will lose all leaves, rest for a few weeks, then regrow. Non-toxic and safe around pets.
