Care tips
- Light: Bright, indirect light. Can adapt to medium light but growth may slow. Avoid direct sun which can scorch leaves.
- Watering: Water when the top 2–3 cm of soil feels dry. Philodendrons prefer consistent moisture but not soggy soil. Reduce watering in winter.
- Soil & Potting: Use a well-draining aroid mix — peat moss, perlite, and orchid bark. Good aeration around roots is key.
- Temperature & Humidity: Keep between 18–27°C (65–80°F). Prefers humidity above 50%. Mist occasionally or use a humidifier in dry conditions.
- Extra Tips: Climbing varieties benefit from a moss pole or trellis. Wipe leaves regularly to keep them dust-free and healthy.
